Exhaust flap control for racing car
The FlapControl Mini JCW is compatible with racing cars based on the Mini JCW PRO flap exhaust and can be used as a replacement or substitute for the factory control system.
It has a comparable range of functions. As with the factory system, control is manual.
The vehicle does not have automatic control of the exhaust flap via driving Parameters.
We use a 433 MHz radio signal for control instead of Bluetooth.

Modes
OPEN (AUF)
The OPEN function opens the exhaust flap 100%.
The mode can be changed using the remote Control.
CLOSE (ZU)
The CLOSE function closes the exhaust flap 100% until you set another function.
Closing the exhaust flap reduces noise emissions.
In this mode, RPM, speed, engine load, or similar factors have no influence on the position of the exhaust flap.
Please note that this can cause permanent damage to the Vehicle.
Start mode
The start mode determines how the throttle control should behave when starting the engine.
You can set the start mode yourself using the remote control.
You also have the memory function. Here, the start mode is automatically set to the state in which the vehicle was turned off and then starts accordingly.
Memory function
PLUS variants only. With the memory function, the flap control unit remembers the mode that was last set.
If the vehicle is then restarted after being parked, the last set mode is reactivated.

The offer refers to one flap control per vehicle of the type listed above.
This takes into account how the vehicle's exhaust flap is controlled and how many flaps it has.
This means that only one control is required per vehicle.
Our flap controls are designed for racing vehicles that have a controllable exhaust flap on the rear silencer ex works.
Please note that the selection of items is only a basis for your vehicle and does not mean that an exhaust flap is present.
In some vehicles, the presence of the exhaust flap also depends on the engine, equipment, or year of manufacture.
