Returns from non-EU countries.
Please ensure that the goods are correctly declared and include the relevant shipping documents.
The required customs documents must be attached to the outside of the package.
Otherwise, the goods will not be released by customs and will not reach us.
If you originally purchased your goods from a service provider such as meineinkauf.ch, please also arrange the return shipment with that company. This is usually easier and cheaper.
